CWMS Online Classes will increase in level after 16 classes are completed. Students will automatically move to the next level unless otherwise noted. If a student requires some additional time at a specific level or advances too quickly, CWMS will make the appropriate recommendations for a class change. There are a total of 48 classes per calendar year with an average of four online classes per month.
CWMS Monthly Membership: Monthly membership is $ 119.95 / month+HST monthly. This is a recurring monthly payment, which begins on the day of registration and on the same day each month thereafter unless the membership is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: Parents may cancel their membership at any time without any fees or penalties. Cancellations must be made prior to the start of your next billing cycle. Any cancelled memberships may continue to use our services until the end of their existing cycle. Cancellations must be made with email at least 48 hours prior to the start of your next billing cycle.
Make-Up Classes: CWMS offers a flexible and understanding approach to missed classes. We offer students who have missed a class a chance for a make-up class as needed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes do occur and we are happy to help.
Cancelled Classes: CWMS may cancel a class in case of wide-spread power outages, technical issues or other hindering factors. Students will receive make-up classes in the event of a cancelled class. CWMS reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment. If this occurs, a full refund will be processed.
Changes to Terms of Use and Conditions. CWMS may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you.
CWMS reserves the right to change a class teacher when required without notice, both permanently or as a substitution for an individual class.
You agree to use the CWMS service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content therein. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorized in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on or obtained from or through the CWMS service.
